All items purchased online are shipped in boxed units in their original factory boxes and packaging as received by us.
However all boxes are checked properly to make sure that everything is good condition and all items are there in the box.
If by any chance your item arrives with missing parts we will help you out, but for that you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hour period you will need to purchase a replacement.
All items sold online are brand new in box. They are sold As-Is and we are not responsible for finish problems that may occur during shipping e.g. Fairing scratches, finish rubbing off etc.
All items bought and paid online are shipped with insurance.
If the item is damaged during shipping contact the shipping/freight company or courier within 24 hours and report claim and contact us through email and also call us. We will try to help you resolve the problem with shipping/freight company or courier. However the shipping/freight company or courier is solely responsible for damage done to your item while it is being shipped. All products are insured for their value. If you use the item in anyway then it will not be covered by insurance. You must keep the box and all packing material. You will also call us and send us an email within 24 hours with the discription of the damage and digital photos of the item and the box.
If by any reason the buyer returns the shipment or if the shipment is returned for any reason whatsoever the buyer will be responsible for paying all the to and fro shipping charges and also other charges that are incured.
